intro：Taro Nankou and Nobuhiko Akizuki were born on a day of a solar eclipse and were raised as brothers. Nobuhiko's father, Souichirou Akizuki, is a member of the secret organization called Gorugom. On the day of Taro and Nobuhiko's 19th birthday, they are captured by this secret organization to be transformed into candidates for the ruler of Gorugom, the Genesis King, also known as the Century King. The Century King, Kurohi, must battle against the Century King, Kageyuki, with their lives at stake; the winner will become the new Century King. However, after being transformed into Kurohi, Taro manages to escape with the help of Souichirou Akizuki before the brain modification surgery could be completed. Following this, Taro becomes Kamen Rider Black, fighting against Gorugom to protect Japan and rescue Nobuhiko. However, before he can be rescued, Nobuhiko has already transformed into the Century King, Kageyuki, forcing Taro to confront his only close friend, Nobuhiko, in a fateful battle.
