  • intro:The story takes place in the year 202X. Japan is surrounded by a deep sense of isolation, branded by the world as a 'declining country.' In order to break this deadlock, Prime Minister Qiu Tian (played by Akira Emoto) initiates a project. The project selects leaders from across the nation through artificial intelligence, entrusting them with the responsibility of governing the desolate cities. The reason young people are often deemed unfit for politics has been their perceived lack of 'experience.' However, artificial intelligence has access to vast amounts of 'experience' data that a person could never attain. This means that AI can compensate for a lot of the 'experience' that is considered necessary. The Prime Minister chosen by AI is a 17-year-old boy named Maki Alan (played by Kazuya Kamio), who, though young, seeks an ideal society. The other members are also young people around 20 years old. Maki and his companions use AI to promote reforms, aiming to revive the declining local city as an experimental city.
