intro:A long, long time ago, there was a Meng Banzha Kingdom in the Dai ethnic region of China. The king of this kingdom had a son, Zhao Shun Tun (played by Tang Guoqiang), who was handsome, dashing, and brave in battle. However, the king was autocratic and domineering, leaving the prince with no freedom at all, not even in matters of marriage, which had to be decided by his father. Although the daughters of nobility were charming and enchanting, they could not win the prince's heart. In the end, Shun Tun sneaked out of the palace to seek his hunter friend Yan Kan in the forest. There, he accidentally encountered seven beautiful peacock princesses, who were the daughters of the king of Meng Ao Dong Ban. The youngest princess, Nan Mu Nuo Na (played by Li Xiuming), fell in love with Shun Tun at first sight. With the help of the Dragon King and a monkey, the two finally tied the knot. However, a vulture, transformed by resentment, tried every means to destroy the happiness of the young couple... This film won the Best Special Effects Award at the 3rd Golden Rooster Awards in 1983 and the Grand Prize, the Crystal Butterfly Award, at the 14th Czech Children's Film Festival in 1985.
