To investigate her father's death, Kyoko visits the Inamura gang. A member of the Inamura gang is killed for violating rules, and with his last breath, he entrusts Kyoko to rescue his sister, Koyuki (played by Rika Saotome), who was sold to the Ghana gang. This leads to a fierce conflict between Kyoko and the Inamura gang. Kyoko arrives in Asakusa and decides to gamble against Naokura Iwakura (played by Hiroshi Nawa) and the Ghana gang, who are backed by Councilor Kurokawa. Kyoko defeats Iwakura's female agent, Christina, and learns through Koyuki that Iwakura is likely her father's killer.
