Amidst the chaos of greed and danger, Hong Kong police's Anti-Smuggling Department agent Xiao Jinhang (played by Andy Lau) joins forces with the enigmatic Wang Xueqing (played by Lin Chi-ling) to confront smugglers led by Yamamoto in various corners of the world, continuously battling with their lives on the line.
