  • intro:One ordinary morning in Seoul, South Korea, the host of the radio program Daily Topic, Yoon Young-hwa (played by Ha Jung-woo), was discussing tax rate reforms with listeners when a caller, Park Ru-gye, an ordinary worker claiming to live in Seoul's Changsin-dong, called in to vent about his exorbitant electricity bills and threats from relevant authorities. Yoon Young-hwa, quite impatient, abruptly cut off the call, citing the off-topic nature of the discussion. However, the call could not be unilaterally terminated by the radio station, and an angry Park Ru-gye continued to complain, even threatening to blow up the Han River Bridge. Yoon Young-hwa dismissed him, goading him to do it if he wanted. Just as he finished speaking, the Mapo Bridge outside was blown to pieces. Startled, Yoon Young-hwa quickly calmed down and decided to seize this rare opportunity to make a comeback in his career.
